At Oracle, I had the opportunity to experience the transition from a database vendor to a SaaS and cloud provider in different roles and contributed to its implementation.
Experience & perspective
Along the way, I learned a great deal about how technological change affects the work and the people in a company. I combine these experiences from nearly 30 years in IT with my technical knowledge and coaching training to shape change together with people.
My focus
My focus today is on artificial intelligence and its impact on society and the world of work. I draw on my training as a certified AI Manager to develop agents, software and content.
What Human in the Loop means to me
To me, “Human in the Loop” means shaping projects together with the people who will use them and trying AI on real tasks to see where it can help. When people experience the benefits themselves and have a say in how things are implemented, change becomes easier to embrace.
